Lack of sleep is very danger for health and development self. When sleep, somebody are charging their power and energy. But, what about the people who have lack of sleep. Actualy, he or she has a bad body ang so tired, has not power and stimulation for working. The concerntrate will be blank.
Groggy, hoarse throat, irritability are some of the effects that will occur when sleep time is reduced. Lack of sleep will also make you feel depressed when you're active. If You are the love of activity that could lead to reduced sleep time, we suggest to stop and rearrange your life for the better. Because if it continues, many diseases will come to you. These five types of diseases caused by lack of sleep:
1. Colon Cancer
A recent study found that people who sleep less than six hours per night on average will increase by almost 50% exposed to the risk of colorectal adenomas compared with individuals sleeping at least seven hours per night. Adenomas are a precursor to cancer tumors, and if left untreated, can turn into malignant tumors. Peneleti named Li Li, MD, PhD said that the increase in risk due to lack of sleep increases the risk of colon cancer due to some theories say if the lack of sleep mean melatonin production is reduced.
2. Heart Disease

In a study conducted by Harvard also mentioned the same thing, if we sleep less than 7 hours will be at higher risk for heart disease.
3. Depression

Nearly half of those trouble getting along with siblings or friends, and over 60% felt impatient to wait when it hit a traffic jam. 4. Traffic Accidents
Lack of sleep will reduce the reaction driving. A Sleep Foundation survey observed that nearly 100 million Americans drowsy while driving every day. And every year more than 100 thousand motor vehicle accident that resulted in 1550 people were killed and 71 thousand injured. The U.S. government says that the risk of sleepy people who drive the same as the risk of people being drunk while driving.
